Cancellation policy
Renter and lessor agree as follows:
1. The renter rent from lessor “Casa Jobasol” in the above mentioned period.
On the day of the arrival the villa is available from 16.00 p.m.
On the day of the departure you had to leave the villa before 10.00 a.m.
2. The maximum number of persons that make use of the rent is as written below
“rent”.
3. The renter is obliged to observe all the instructions of the lessor to promote a good
enforcement of the rentagreement and is responsible for the damage caused by their
unlawful misbehaviour judged in relation with behaviour of a correct renter.
4. The renter who give such a trouble that a good enforcement of the rentagreeement is
or will be obstructed, can be debarred of the continuing of the rent if reasonable it’s
not possible to require to obverse the agreement. All the resulting cost from this are
for the renter if he is responsible for the damage.
If for the lock-out the renter isn’t responsible, by example in the case of
circumstances beyond one’s control, the lessor will be returning the rent or partially.
5. The lessor is obliged to observe the obligations which are the result of the information
he gave about the villa and about that what is stated in the agreement. He’s
responsible for the damage caused by his unlawful breach of the rentenjoyment, in
relation with behaviour of a correct lessor.
6. The amount due had to be paid as written below “payment”.
If the ( down - ) payment isn’t done in time, the renter is neglect and the agreement
had to be judged as cancelled.
If the agreement is cancelled the payments done shall not be returned.
7. The deposit of 350 euro shall be returned before 8 days after the departure.
Damage caused by the renter will be charged to the renter. The deposit paid will be
settled with the amount of the damage.
At the departure you have to leave the villa in the same (clean) tidy state you find it
in.
8. So far a subject in the present rent and rental isn’t provided, the renter and lessor
declare to behave in accordance with the regulation of the Civil Code.

Benitachell is in a beautiful area where you can really relax. The inland has many charming whitewashed villages.
Cozy villages like Moraira or Javea.
From the Cumbre del Sol you have a view of the Penon de I fach in Calpe.
For the children: Mundamar amusement park or Terra Mitica, both in Benidorm.
Beautiful golf courses in the area such as in Javea and Moraira.

Getting there
Casa Jobasol is located on the Costa Blanca, 130 km south of Valencia and 80 km north of Alicante. It is situated on the Cumbre del Sol, 12km from Benitachell, Javea and 6km from Moraira. Cumbre del Sol is located on the seafront, surrounded by nature.
This area is called as "Balcony of the Sun" because of its unparalleled views. It has one of the mildest and healthiest climates in the Mediterranean, with sunny, mild winters and hot but always pleasant summers thanks to a cool breeze.

Host informationWe have been renting out our Casa Jobasol with great pleasure for years.
We go to the casa frequently throughout the year to tidy up and enjoy the surroundings and the nice weather. We hike and cycle a lot in the beautiful surroundings. Our children and grandchildren regularly enjoy the Casa with its swimming pool and beaches.
By making sure that our tenants always find a house that meets their expectations, and because we rent the house ourselves and therefore have personal contact with our tenants, we can make the rental process almost unproblematic for us.
After years of searching all over Spain, the Costa Blanca and especially the surroundings of Moraira, Javea, Bentachell and its hinterland appealed to us the most.

Von der Buchung bis wir wieder zu Hause waren, fühlten wir uns super betreut durch die Vermieter und Verwalter, die alle sehr nett und sehr herzlich waren. Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit toll angelegtem Garten auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Da das Haus in einem Neubaugebiet liegt, wird hier und dort noch das ein oder andere Haus gebaut und man hörte etwas die Bauarbeiten, was uns persönlich jedoch nicht störte da es nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe war. Ansonsten war es, da Nebensaison, eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, zum Teil hat es steile Straßen, aber dafür atemberaubende Ausblicke. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
