The beautiful natural stone finca, built in 2005, is situated in a rural, hilly, and peaceful environment approximately 1.5 km from the town of Arta. Arta offers numerous shopping opportunities, cafes, bars, an internet cafe, and good restaurants. Every Tuesday, there is a colorful weekly market. In the nearby area, there are three beautiful 18-hole golf courses (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula) and a 9-hole golf course (Son Servera), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the northeast, such as Cala Agulla.
