The Villa of Preveli is located on a quiet hillside location - therefore offers you a magnificent view over the mountains and the sea!
A bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet and a large roof terrace is located on the first floor.
On the ground floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the other a sofa which you can take off for a double bed or two single beds. The living room is cosy and comfortably furnished. The kitchen offers space for 6 persons and is fully equipped.
Baby bed and high chair on request available. In the garden there is a private swimming pool. You can park the car under the old chestnut trees.

Invite in nearby olive groves, Orange and citrus trees and vineyards for long walks. Bicycle tours, diving etc. can be arranged of course. Friends have a dive center and a bicycle rental service. There are water sports facilities in Rethymno. Hiking through the canyons is a special experience.
After approx. 600 m you are in the village, there is a Cafenion, tavern, butcher, mini market. The Villa is located in the North of Crete middle the two airports, approximately 78 km. To the South, there are only 40 km.
Rethymnon, the district capital, is only about 5 km away. There are about 5 km to the nearest beautiful sandy beach. In the environment, you will find many tourist attractions. Monastery of Arkadi, pottery village of Margarites, the monastery of Preveli and the highest mountain on Crete, the Psiloritis are also not far away.
In the surrounding area, olive groves, orange and citrus trees and viticulture invite you to take long walks. Bike tours, scuba diving, etc. can of course be organised. Friends have a dive centre or bike hire. Rethymno offers water sports. Walking through the canyons is a special experience.
