The villa "Casa DeniMar" is located in a beautiful villa area of El Verger opposite a small Mediterranean park, about 900m from the beach. El Verger is a charming little place with a picturesque village character before Denia. Here you will find supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, a fitness center, doctors (including German-speaking), banks, and endless beaches. The center of Denia is about 7 km away.
In Denia, you will find everything: a yacht and sailing harbor with beautiful promenades, great shopping streets with a variety of stores, a beautiful old town, and the best infrastructure.
In Denia and the surrounding area, you can take wonderful bike rides; there are many developed flat bike paths.
2 airports (Valencia and Alicante) are each 100 km away; both airports are served by various airlines, including budget ones (Ryanair).
Car rentals are very affordable in Spain.
The weather in and around Denia is fantastic, and the climate is among the best and healthiest in Europe. Denia has 325 sunny days a year, and even in winter, the days are usually sunny and clear with pleasantly mild temperatures.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herrlich geschlafen, den Garten genossen, den Pool geliebt, viel gelesen und entspannt. Vielen Dank dafür, für so ein tolles Haus und damit für uns die Möglichkeit, dort zu urlauben. Das Haus wurde in den 3 Wochen zu unserem Zuhause.
Zudem waren wir ja noch nie an der Costa Blanca. Und auch die Umgebung hat uns toll gefallen.
Die Betreuung war zudem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es war also rundherum wunderbar erholsam.
Vielen, vielen Dank auch an Sie. Wir haben uns von Anfang an von Ihnen super begleitet gefühlt.

Das Haus war perfekt für mich und meinem Vierbeiner, er fühlte sich sehr sehr
wohl und ich auch. Das Haus war sehr sauber, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Das Swimming Pool ist sehr grosszügig sodass man auch hin- und her
schwimmen konnte, die Gartenanlage sehr hübsch mit den riesigen Palmen wunderschön.
Da das Haus in keiner Anlage war mit mehreren Häuser, hatte man seine Privatsphäre, was ich
sehr geschätzt habe. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
