Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This home is located in a rural and charming area near Vilafranca. A short drive takes you to the town centre, where you can find a few shops, restaurants and cafés. Manacor, one of the most important towns of Mallorca, is just 10km away and offers a wide range of stores. Manacor is also the home of the pear factory Majorica. Portocristo is known for its caves ("Cuevas del Drach"), which have been formed by the Mediterranean Sea. Hidden within the caves is "Llac Mantel", a subterranean lake and along its banks, regularly take place concerts of classical music. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, at the same time he most traditional market of the island.
It lasts about 30 minutes by car to reach the coast where you have access to lots of wonderful beaches. Just to mention a few: Son Serra de Marina, Cala Morlanda, Portocristo, Cala Mandia, Cala Magraner and Portocolom.
