Cancellation policy
Withdrawal / Sorno:
The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental.
The resignation is to be declared in writing and becomes effective with access to the landlord.
With the resignation following compensation is due:
up to 90 days before arrival 10% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due,
even if the holiday guest does not use the services of the landlord.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation / cancellation insurance

Der ganze Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Vermieter Durdica und Tomislav sind ganz besondere Menschen! Das es solche netten Menschen noch gibt ist schön zu sehen. Bei der Ankunft gab es Getränke und eine riesige Wurstplatte mit Brot. Ein kleiner Willkommens Schnaps gehörte ebenfalls dazu. Alles war bestens vorbereitet! Da fing der Urlaub an und man fühlte sich sofort willkommen und pudelwohl. Die Villa ist ein Traum für ruhe suchende, es fehlt an nichts.
Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Grillplatz sowie der der beheizte Pool runden das Gesamtbild ab. Der persönliche Abschied am Abreisetag viel uns sehr schwer denn wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!! Aber auch die schönste Zeit geht leider einmal zu Ende.Vielen Dank für die tolle und unkomplizierte Zeit in ihrem schönen Haus...

Wir können uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen, es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich .
