Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation of the rental contract, the landlord will retain the following amounts in compensation:
From the date the rental contract is entered into.
Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price.
Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price.
The landlord will not reimburse any money if the tenant decides to leave of their own free will before the agreed rental period has come to an end.

We - Andrea and Georg - have been living here in Montchamp for the past 13 years. It's an idyllic part of the world with great natural surroundings and lots of really nice people. We enjoy the peace and the solitude and make use of the many cultural attractions in the region.

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Garten, sehr ruhiger und schöner Umgebung, eigener Boulebahn und sehr netten Gastgebern! Perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund, der mit einer Woche dort leider viel zu kurz war.
Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und alle möchten gerne wiederkommen - zumal es auch noch viel zu entdecken gibt.

Da es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat, sind wir diesen Sommer wiedergekommen. Das Haus und die Lage sind ein Traum, die Vermieter herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht weiterempfehlen!
