Our holiday home offers enough space for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults/2 small children); However, occupancy with 5 adults is also possible with space restrictions.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room including a sofa bed, the storage room, the bathroom with shower and toilet; On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (plus a travel cot), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a toilet.
There are numerous board games and books available for our little guests.

Das Erlebnisbad „Ocean Wave“ bietet Wasserspaß der Superlative. In der großen Saunalandschaft lässt es sich prima entspannen. Mit dem Strand, Kinderspielhaus, Yacht- und Fischereihafen, vielen Museen und dem Nationalpark "Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer" gibt es im Nordseebad Norden-Norddeich viel zu entdecken. Die Seehundaufzucht- und Forschungsstation kümmert sich um verwaiste „Heuler“.
Fahren Sie die A 31 bis Emden-Mitte, dort rechts auf die B 210 bis Georgsheil, dann links auf die B 72 nach Norden-Norddeich. In Norddeich aus Richtung Norden kommend fahren Sie hinter dem Netto Markt die erste rechts ( Hattermannsweg) bis Sie dann links in die Molenstraße einbiegen.
Die Nummer 27 ist das 3. Haus auf der linken Seite. Ihr Parkplatz hat die Nummer 6.
Bei Anreise mit der Bahn steigen Sie an der Endstation Norddeich-Mole aus.

The guest can withdraw from the booking by submitting a written declaration to the landlord until the start of the rental period agreed in the booking confirmation. The time of receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive.
In the event that the tenant withdraws from the contract or has not made the rental payments due, the following cancellation fees must be paid in proportion to the rental price, provided that another rental cannot take place:
-up to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
It is recommended that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.
