Our lovingly furnished farm-chalet comes with all the comforts and leaves nothing to be desired. The underfloor heating provides cosy warmth; the soft, bubbly water flowing from the rain shower head will pamper you from head to toe and the natural wood enhances the sense of well-being. You will feel good the minute you arrive.

Those who prefer higher altitudes can explore the beautiful Chiemgau region by hiking through the mountain pastures, have a picnic or a stop at an alpine hut. Numerous bike paths invite you undertake a leisurely cycling tour or a more sporty activity. Nordic Walking is a physical activity for all ages and you can start at the farm.

Exit 106 Bernau, continue on the B305 towards Prien. In Prien, turn left onto Alte Rathausstraße - Priener Straße - turn right onto RO22 - turn left onto RO30 - after approx. 3 km turn right towards Hitzing - after approx. 1 km you'll see the Lamplhof on your right.
By train: Start your holiday with the inexpensive train ticket to Bad Endorf. Car rentals can be found in Bad Endorf and Prien am Chiemsee.
Airports: Munich Airport is about 100 km away, Salzburg Airport about 65 km.

1. Der Gastaufnahmevertrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald die Ferienwohnung bestellt
und zugesagt oder, falls eine Zusage aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr möglich ist,
bereitgestellt worden ist.
2. Der Abschluss des Gastaufnahmevertrages verpflichtet die Vertragspartner zur
Erfüllung des Vertrages, gleichgültig auf welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist.
3. Der Anbieter der Ferienwohnung ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtbereitstellung der
Ferienwohnung dem Gast Schadenersatz zu leisten.
4. Der Gast ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der vertraglichen Leistungen
den vereinbarten Preis zu zahlen, abzüglich der ersparten Aufwendungen.
Der uns entstandene und vom Gast zu ersetzende Schaden wird wie 90 % des
Reisepreises berechnet
Bei Neubelegung fällt lediglich eine Gebühr von 10 % an.
Eine Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen.
5.a) Der Anbieter der Ferienwohnung ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, bei Absage
durch den Gast die nicht in Anspruch genommene Ferienwohnung nach Möglichkeit
anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden.
5.b) Bis zur anderweitigen Vergabe der Ferienwohnung ist der Gast für die Dauer des
Vertrages verpflichtet, den nach Ziffer 4 errechneten Betrag zu bezahlen.
Der Schaden wird dem Gast in Rechnung gestellt und ist innerhalb von 8 Tagen zu
begleichen.
