Getting there
The region can be reached from Berlin by car via the motorway (A12) and highway.
Travel by train from Berlin to the NE 36 from Schöneweide to Wendisch Rietz or the RE 1 to Fuerstenwalde / Spree and the OE 35 to Bad Saarow.
The Scharmützelsee region is certainly one of the most popular tourist regions of Brandenburg. The lake, also the Märkische sea, called extends over a length of approximately 12 kilometers between the spa town of Bad Saarow and Wendisch Rietz Resort. Center of the region is undisputed Bad Saarow.
Already at the beginning of the 20th century a popular spa and VIP resort, Bad Saarow has other spa hotels, so the place has the largest area of spa in Germany.

We feel very comfortable here, because in both summer and winter you can enjoy nature in all its facets here!
