Cancellation policy
The rental agreement is valid when you send it back. Late payments or non-payments are cancellations of the contract and authorized the owner to rent the property further and to charge the defaulting renter a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit up to 61 days before arrival. For cancellation from 60-35 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price For cancellation 34-10 days before arrival, 80% of the rental price. For later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the rental price. The cancellation fees do not apply if the property can be rented to someone else for the same price.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig. Die Bikes konnten in der Garage sicher untergebracht werden und die Terrasse hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung in einer schönen Anlage. Der Blick auf die Natur und das Meer (egal ob vom Balkon oder der großen Terrasse/ Garten) ist Entspannung pur. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :-)
