Other recreational opportunities
The Mecklenburg area offers many places of interest. If you are not familiar with that part of Germany ask our receptionist for detailed information and brochures. If you just want to relax enjoy our big garden in your own deck chair and read a good book. Create your own BBQ. Be active or passive - whatever you like best!
Holiday destination
Our house is situated in a complex of more than 20 holiday houses with a reception and house keeper. Lake Userin is 5 km long, roughly 1 km wide and not more than 10 m deep. The village Userin has about 300 inhabitants and is right on the border of the Mueritz National Park next to the city of Neustrelitz. If you enjoy paddling you can even go as far as Berlin with your own boat. You don't have to! Userin is a famous cycling area and has well contained walking ways. Horseback riding is availabe nearby.
Getting there
Take the motorway A10 from Berlin and then follow the road B96. If you come from the Hamburg direction take the A24, change to the A19 (Rostock) and then take the B198 at the Röbel-exit to Mirow and keep going to Neustrelitz. When you come to Userin the holiday center is on your left (follow the signs FERIENZENTRUM USERIN).

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Userin. In diesem super schönen, sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Haus mit riesiger Terrasse und Garten! Tolle Ausstattung, sehr behaglich, bequeme Betten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Erwartungen wurden wirklich übertroffen! Volle Punktzahl und somit absolut empfehlenswert!
