Excerpt from the terms & conditions in the hotel industry

1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is booked and confirmed or, if a confirmation can't be provided due to lack of time, made available.
2. Upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, the contract parties are obligated to fulfil the contract regardless of the duration of the contract.
3. In case of failure to make the room available, the innkeeper (hotelier) is obligated to compensate the guest.
4.a.) In case the guest does not utilise the contractual services, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, minus expenses saved by the innkeeper.
b.) Based on experience, expenses saved in lodging costs are 20% of the accommodation price, in case of room and board 40% of the total amount, in case of apartments/holiday homes 10%.
5.a.) The innkeeper shall act in good faith and re-let unused rooms, if possible, in order to avoid vacancies.
b.) Until the room gets booked again, the guest is obligated, for the duration of the contract, to pay the amount calculated in clause 4.
6. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the business location.

Getting there
By car: Coming from Nuremberg, take the A73 towards Bamberg - towards Suhl, exit Ebensfeld, at the roundabout, take the 2nd turn-off towards Döringstadt/Lahm - pass Döringstadt, the next village is Eggenbach - take the 1st street on the left - you'll pass a half-timbered house, then it is the 1st house on the left.
Coming from Suhl/Coburg, take the A 73 - exit Ebensfeld - then continue as described above.

Host informationWe are Margot & Peer Heiss and we're antique dealers since 1976. We moved to Eggenbach in 2010. On August 1st, 2015, we started letting our guest house "Villa am Eggenbach" to holidaymakers who want to escape the daily grind for a while.

Das Gästehaus "Villa am Eggenbach" zeichnet sich durch das stimmungsvolle Ambiente des parkähnlichen Gartens, der "eigenen" Terrasse sowie die exquisite und wohlige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung aus. Es fehlt an nichts.
Jedoch werden diese Annehmlichkeiten durch die von Familie Heiß praktizierte, fürsorgliche und zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft noch übertroffen!
Wir (und unser Hund) haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Es hat wirklich an NICHTS gefehlt.
Das eingezäunte große Grundstück ist ideal für Reisende mit Hund.
