Getting there
By car via the Brenner highway (A22):
On the Brenner highway (A22) travel towards South Tyrol, take exit Brixen/Pustertal. Follow the road for about 44 km und take the exit “Welsberg West”. Make a left turn at the exit and follow the state road to Taisten. (*) After you reach the village center of Taisten drive past the grocery store “Conad”. Continue straight ahead and follow the signs “Mahrhof”. After about 2 km you reach the “Mahrhof”.
Travelling by car via Lienz in East Tyrol (A):
Cross the Austrian-Italian border, follow the state road (SS49-E66) and after approx. 20 km take the right exit “Welsberg Ost”. Drive through Welsberg village and turn right at the end of the village going in the direction of Taisten.
