Cancellation policy
You can cancel your trip at any time before the start of your trip. This means that the landlord loses the right to the agreed rental price. However, a flat-rate compensation fee is due. In your own interest, we recommend that you declare your cancellation in writing. The decisive factor for the time of cancellation and the amount of the flat-rate compensation is the receipt of the cancellation notice by IMMOBILIENDIENST Susann Skibbe.
The compensation is:
up to 71 days before arrival 15%, but at least EUR 50.00
from the 70th day before arrival 25%
from the 50th day before arrival 50%
from the 40th day before arrival 80%
from the 4th day before arrival to the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show 90% of the rental price - each rounded up to the nearest EUR.
The agency fee is non-refundable.

The Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is a very traditional seaside resort on the island of Usedom.
The wide sandy beach of Zinnowitz, which borders coastal forests, is particularly suitable for relaxation. Cycle paths and quiet forest paths are equally inviting.
Surfing, sailing and fishing are possible on both the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
The holiday apartment is located on the edge of a nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the Bernsteintherme and the beach, which is about 150 m away.

Seh.r schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung , sehr nette Vermieter.
Waren schon sehr oft in Zinnowitz,speziell in der Dünenstraße,das war die schönste Wohnung bisher.
Eigener PKW Stellplatz, Fahrradkeller und sehr,sehr schöne Wohnung
