Apartments "Predigtstuhl" and "Zwiesel" have an area of 45 sqm, are both located on the upper floor and have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a living room with Sat-TV and Hifi-stereo, a cozy dining corner, a double bed, a shower/WC and a long balcony. Towels and bed sheets are provided. For your own laundry there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement.
In summer the garden with garden furniture is available to all our guests. Parking slots are right beside the house.
Baker, butcher, supermarket, cafes and restaurants as well as the bus stop for Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall are all just a few hundred metres away.

Nature and culture - have the best of two worlds: Experience the uncomparable nature reserve of the Berchtesgadener Land with its alpine mountains and beautiful lakes, gorges and waterfalls and when you are tired of hiking and trekking, simply escape to Mozart's birthplace Salzburg and enjoy its unique array of festivals, concerts, theatre plays, art exhibitions and last but not least its seductive Austrian cuisine.
And if you are looking for water: to Chiemsee with its sailing opportunities it takes only 30 min by car and the beautiful lakes of Salzkammergut are also just a short drive from your holiday home. In winter cross-country ski runs are close by and challenging alpine skiing areas can easily be reached by car.
