Cancellation policy
Dear guests, we have been renting out this house for 10 years and until now we have always worked with our guests with confidence. We offer you the following cancellation conditions:
You will be reimbursed the booking amount minus the cancellation fee (30.00 €) if you cancel the booking 28 days before the scheduled check-in until 12 noon. For cancellations made less than 28 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount.

The holiday house "Nevena" is located in the small town Buici, 4 km from Porec and the first beach. Buici is a nice village, surrounded by forests and typical Istrian architecture of the houses. Buici is a place to enjoy Mediterranean flair and a relaxed holiday. In the wide environment are ways to cycling, hiking, diving, horse riding, etc. Typical Istrian restaurants - taverns are in the immediate vicinity.
Getting there
Kopar- Kaštel Croatian border, via Pula, after about 40 km turn right direction Porec. after about 10 km on the right string is Peugeot company, here turn on the right and after about 500 meters left and you come to House Nevena.

Von Anfang an war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr professionell, nett und engagiert. Sie ist absolut bemüht, flexibel und spricht hervorragend deutsch.
Haus und Garten sind großzügig und gepflegt.
Besonders der große Pool und der Grillplatz hat es uns angetan.
Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie (insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und hatten gut Platz. Sehr angenehm sind die zwei getrennten Wohnungen, die aber exakt gleich geschnitten sind.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und erholsam.
Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.

Die Ausstattung und das Haus selbst ist top! Alles sehr sauber und einladend! Was sehr gut ist, daß das WC außerhalb ist und man nicht immer ins Haus muß! Grillplatz und Pool sensationell! Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 6 und 4 Jahren. Die Kinder genossen es, allein einen Pool zu haben! Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin auch vor Ort! Wir haben uns bei Deni und ihrem Mann sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr zuvorkommende, nette Vermieter! Sehr nette Konversation. Ein Urlaub, den man nur empfehlen kann! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
