Cancellation policy
Compensation fees in the event the lessee needs to cancel:
Up to 50 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price;
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price;
less than 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price.
Cancellation must be made in writing and is valid on the day the lessor receives the notification.
In case the lessor is able to re-let the accommodation to a substitute lessee, the original lessee only pays a compensation fee of €75.00 . As a basic principle, we want to be fair and reasonable with one another. :)

Flexible check-in/out times as long as there are no advance/subsequent reservations.

Holiday destination
Those who want to see and discover more than Conil with its 15 km-long beaches, quaint tapas bars and cocktail bars, can take a trip to the provincial capital Cadiz (about 40 km), the mountain village Vejer (ca. 15 km), Jerez - the city of sherry and flamenco (about 60 km) or to the modern Sevilla (about 150 km). Gorgeous beaches can be found in Roche, el Palmar, Caños de Meca, Zahara de los Atunes, Bolonia and Tarifa (about 10-45 min. by car).
Getting there
You can get here by car, the better option if you want to explore the region since you don't have to get a rental car.
The most convenient option to get to Conil is probably by plane and rental car; airports are in Jerez (approx. 60 km), Sevilla (approx. 160 km) or Malaga (approx. 230 km). Malaga Airport is significantly less busy than Jerez and Sevilla, which is often reflected in the airfares.
Usually, a stay in Conil doesn't require a rental car unless one's plans include to explore the area extensively. There are plenty of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, and the beach is nearby as well.

Host informationConil captivated us with its unobtrusive, warm hospitality and relaxed way of life that made us want to hold on! It was pure balsam for the soul and we wanted more of it, so we fulfilled our dream of owning a modern town house in the heart of Conil.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber und perfekte Ausstattung. Strand und Fußgängerzone mit vielen Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus war ein Traum und hat alle unsere Wünsche an Lage, Ausstattung und Platzbedarf übertroffen.
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Blick von der Dachterasse aufs Meer. So fing der Tag bereits gut an und endete auch so.
Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Lars und Julia auch noch mal unseren herzlichen Dank die perfekte Koordination und die Beratung und Tipps zu all den Möglichkeiten die sowohl Conil als auch das Umfeld bietet! Auch unsere Jungs waren rundum zufrieden.
