Villa Natalia is a spacious 320 m² villa for 8-10 guests, spread over two floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with access to a covered terrace. One bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace, a hallway, and a toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. Built in 2023, the villa is fully air-conditioned and sits on an 800 m² private plot enclosed by a stone wall. Guests have private parking for four cars. An outdoor saltwater pool with counter-current swimming offers relaxation, with sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool can be heated upon request. A summer kitchen with a fireplace is available for outdoor dining and socializing.
