- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking value
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price
- In case of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the booking value.

Holiday destination
Our renovated fruit and wine farm, updated in 2012, is located in the heart of Lana, below the Brandiser Waalweg path. We are very centrally located, yet surrounded by greenery. Set out on foot to explore the nearby area, where you'll find shopping opportunities, hiking trails, restaurants, and traditional taverns.
Getting there
Exit the Brenner motorway A22 coming from the north at Bolzano Sud, then take the Merano-Bolzano expressway towards Merano. Exit at Lana-Burgstall. Turn left towards the center of Lana. After about 3 km, turn left at the Kreuzkirche into Schmiedgasse. At the end of Schmiedgasse, turn left into Kapuzinerstraße. After about 100 meters, you will find the Umsinderhof on the right side.

Die Wohnung Tschaggl ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von beiden Balkonen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und den hübschen Ort Lana.
Die Gastgeber heißen einen sehr willkommen und stehen für Fragen zum Wandern, zur Ortschaft und zu Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Immer liegt ein Hofprodukt oder Selbstgemachtes wie Holundersaft oder Pfirsichmarmelade als nette Aufmerksamkeit für die Gäste bereit. Insbesondere für jüngere Kinder ist der große Garten eine Spieloase. Für die Teenies stehen Tischtennisplatte, Ballspiele und ein großes Trampolin zur Verfügung.
Die sehr zuverlässige und klare Kommunikation mit Frau Reiterer im vorhinein ließ direkt ein gutes sicheres Gefühl entstehen, was sich vor Ort 100% bestätigt hat.
