Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deducting expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- For cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- For cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- For cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- For cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and for non-arrival: 100% of the rental price.
Cancellation costs €50.00 and rebooking €25.00

You can reach the sea in a 10-minute walk.
The place Julianadorp is located in the beautiful north of the province of Noord Holland! Here you'll find the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands, and you are just 8 kilometers away from the city of Den Helder.
From Den Helder, you can also reach the very beautiful Wadden Island of Texel by ferry.
To the south is the historic city of Alkmaar, about 30 km away. This city is known for its famous cheese market. In the city, you will also find many interesting shopping streets.
