Cancellation policy
Section 9 Cancellation Policy
(1) The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the
rental period has already begun.
(2) The tenant may nominate an equivalent substitute tenant to FHSV Motzka. If FHSV Motzka finds a substitute tenant, the rental price will be refunded minus any advertising costs and last-minute discounts.
For this reason, taking out travel health insurance (including COVID-19 coverage) is expressly recommended. We are happy to assist with this.

Holiday destination
In the well-maintained Grevelingen section of Noordzeepark Ouddorp, you'll spend relaxing days. This is the starting point for the very well signposted (mostly paved) cycling and hiking trails. On the beach, several pavilions take care of your physical well-being. Here you can enjoy the sunset in relaxation. In the park, the supermarket offers good shopping opportunities for daily necessities. Larger grocery stores (AH, Jumbo) are located in the village.

Angekommen und sofort fühlte man sich wie zu Hause.Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht und alles ist sehr gepflegt.Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter und Verwalter war unkompliziert.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben erneut dieses, rundum gemütliche, Haus gemietet und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Ausstattung, die Möglichkeit unsere E-Bikes sicher unterzustellen und die Freundlichkeit von Eigentümer und Verwalter lassen uns gerne wiederkommen.
Wir fahren seit über 25 Jahren nach Ouddorp und haben schon einige Häuser, Wohnungen und Hotels gebucht, - auf dieses Haus freue ich mich.
Hoffentlich werden wir zukünftig noch weitere Gelegenheiten zur Anmietung haben.
