Since then, the once dilapidated buildings have been lovingly restored and designed the new outdoor facilities. Today the farm seems like a small village, whose "Pearl" is the cottage in the former sheepfold.
Tobias Harjes operates the third generation of a metal art workshop with studio.

Im Rahmen unseres Sommerurlaubes entschlossen wir uns für einen Aufenthalt im hübschen Reetdachhaus bei Familie Harjes. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von dem Ehepaar Harjes begrüßt. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und völlig im Grünen gelegen. Unser vierjähriger Sohn hatte viel Spaß im weitläufigen Garten, beim Schaukeln auf der Baumschaukel oder beim Beobachten der Schaafe. Im Inneren beeindruckt das Haus mit perfekter und sehr ordentlicher Ausstattung!
Die Städte Bremen und Bremerhaven sind leicht zu erreichen und wer Lust hat, kann sich gerne bei der Familie Fahrräder ausleihen, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles in allem war es für uns ein fantastischer Urlaub! Wir danken Familie Harjes für die herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit!

Bei unserer Ankunft kamen wir aus dem Staunen über das wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene, liebevoll dekorierte und toll ausgestattete Haus nicht mehr heraus.Dazu noch das gepflegte Grundstück mit schönem Garten und vielen Plätzen zum entspannen. Es fehlte uns an nicht's und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Man merkt sofort,dass Familie I. und T. Harjes Freude daran hat, es den Gästen gut gehen zu lassen.
An die herzlichen Vermieter ein herzliches Dankeschön!
