Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
- In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

The villa is located close to "Playa de las Americas," a place that emerged on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife, within a flat coastal zone stretching about 10 km. Until the 1960s, this region was a pure sand and rock desert. Today, the area is dominated by hotels, bungalows, and apartment complexes.
Holiday life unfolds at several predominantly fine sandy beaches and in countless bars, pubs, and discos with an international crowd. For walkers, there is a continuous promenade, almost 15 km long, stretching from Los Cristianos through Playa de Las Americas to La Caleta. Here, Tenerife is not only the island of eternal spring but also the island of eternal summer.
Getting there
The supermarket is a 3-minute drive away, restaurants are within a 3 - 5 minute walk. The beach is 20 minutes away on foot, and it's a 15-minute drive to the South Airport, 60 minutes to the North Airport.

- Whirlpool ohne Whirl? Dann lieber eine vernünftige Dusche!
- 30qm Schlafzimmer mit nur 1,60 Bett?
- Einbruchsschutz könnte besser sein.
- Gesamte Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
- Riecht etwas miefig.

Wir aus Niedersachsen, waren mit 4 Personen in der Villa wobei eine Dame aus USA New York dabei war. Wir waren überrascht über die Großzügigkeit des Hauses. Es war alles wie wir es aus der Werbung erwartet haben und können es mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Selbst der Pool wurde von Fachleuten wöchentlich gereinigt und perfekt eingestellt. Die Übergaben gingen problemlos von statten. Ein kleiner Mangel war, dass das WLAN Netzt ab dem 4 Tag sehr langsam war. Das scheint aber ein allgemeines Problem auf Teneriffa gewesen zu sein. Schön wär es, wenn abends das Licht im Pool leuten würde.
