Rücktritt /Stornierungsgebühren
Im Mietpreis ist eine Versicherung nicht enthalten. Wir empfehlen daher den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich erklärt werden, wobei hinsichtlich der Wahrung der genannten Fristen der Zugang Ihrer schriftlichen Stornierungserklärung beim Vermieter maßgebend ist.
Erfolgt Ihr Rücktritt werden folgende Beträge zur Zahlung fällig:
bis 50 Tage vor Mietbeginn/Anreisetag: 16% des Gesamtpreises
vom 49. bis 30. Tag Mietbeginn/Anreisetag: 50% des Gesamtpreises
ab dem 29. Tag vor Mietbeginn/Anreisetag: 80% des Gesamtpreises
Die anfallenden Rücktrittskosten werden mit von Ihnen bereits erbrachten (An-)Zahlungen verrechnet. Überschüssige Beträge werden an Sie zurückbezahlt. Die nicht durch (An-)Zahlungen gedeckten Beträge sind innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Ihrer schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung zur Zahlung fällig.
