Holiday destination
The Villa is a 2 minute walk away from the centre of Seeboden. The nearest Supermarket is 100m from the Villa. Heitzmann is a superb Butcher in Seeboden, also available is the post office, church, banks and souvenir shops. A playground can be found about 4 minutes away, for the sporty there are several volleyball courts, tennis courts, boats to hire along with bicycles. Minigolf is also around 4 minutes walk away. For the golf fanatic around 10 minutes by car is the Millstätter See Golf Club. Many fantastic walks are possible around Seeboden and Millstatt, and Italy and Slovenia are around half an hour away by car. Invest in the 'Kärnten Card' for over 100 vouchers and discounts on day trips around Kärnten.
Getting there
Journey Plan. From Munich follow Salzburg and then Villach / Italy. From Vienna in the direction of Klagenfurt / Villach and then Salzburg. Motorway exit Millstätter See, (after Spittal Ost) at the junction turn left and after 300m you have arrived in Seeboden. Drive straight on around 2 roundabouts and after the 2nd one take the first right turn (Seeallee) The house is 50m on the righthand side of the road.

Wir hatte zu dritt eine wunderbare Woche in der sehr schönen Wohnung in der traumhaften Seevilla, nur ein paar Minuten vom See entfernt. Der eigene Badestrand mit dem Ruderboot ist unbezahlbar und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberfamilie unschlagbar. Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten, Langeweile kommt bestimmt nicht auf. Also uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Liebe Nina, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die leider viel zu kurz war. wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann noch einmal vorbei.

Ein weiterer schöner Urlaub in der Villa Martiny. Wir konnten wieder das komplette Programm ausschöpfen. See, Berge... Danke Nina das Du uns kurzfristig dein Büro als zusätzlichen Schlafraum zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.
