Cancellation policy Sounds annoying, and it is. For everyone! That's too bad, if an apartment or room remains free, although other guests would have liked to book. Our request is that you inform us in good time, preferably in writing! For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, we do not have any requirements. For trip cancellation on short notice, we have the following conditions: from 13-7 days = 50% of the total price from 6 days before arrival and non-arrival, 80% of the total price

In the entrance area to our guesthouse, we offer drinks for purchase at all times (various soft drinks, beer, white wine and red wine). There is a public playground right next door.
Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located on the north shore of Möhnensee in the district of Stockum. Our family-run holiday home Sonnenhügel lies just one kilometre from Lake Möhnesee, in a very quiet side street. Leisure activities such as surfing, sailing, swimming, golfing, hiking, biking or simply taking a break from everyday life can be found near our holiday home. Many gastronomic treats invite you to a culinary delight, as well.
Getting there
Here is where we are A 44 exit Soest-Ost - turn onto the B 475, towards Niederbergheim, after 2.2 km turn right towards Stockum/Müllingsen, after 5 km turn right towards Körbecke, leave the 30 zone after 500 m and turn right turn to Sonnenhügel. After 150 m, you will reach our guesthouse Sonnenhügel #20 on the right.

Liebe Familie Sprenger, wir waren restlos begeistert von der geschmack- und liebevollen Einrichtung. Noch schöner, als es die Fotos im Internet wiedergeben. Die mediterane Terasse und der wunderbar gepflegte Garten laden zum entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Man findet ein Tablett mit einer Wasserflasche, Gläsern, ein paar Bonbons und frische Blumen als Willkommensgruß vor. Im Flur vor der Wohnung gibt es einen großen gefüllten Getränkekühlschrank aus dem man sich gegen Bezahlung bedienen kann. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und entgegenkommend. Das in Summe, erlebt man heute nur noch selten. Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie uns Gästen so viel Freude mit Ihrer Wohnung und Ihrem Service bereitet haben.

Liebe Familie Sprenger, wir haben uns in Ihrer komfortabelen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung - alles top! In diesen heißen Tagen ist die schattige Terrasse mit hochwertigem Mobiliar ein zusätzliches grünes Zimmer. Im sehr gepflegten Haus ist es angenehm kühl und das Angebot an gekühlten Getränken zu sehr fairen Preisen hochwillkommen. Räder können in der Garage abgestellt und dort auch geladen werden.
