The golf course of Puntaldia is an oasis. In this hilly landscape by the turquoise water golfing is a true pleasure. The yacht port immediately adjacent to it invites visitors to linger around. Guests who love hiking will be given more details about the mountains in the area. Climbing up to Punto Maggiore will reward you with a stunning view.

Holiday destination
The property is close to the San Teodoro holiday resort. The 'La Cinta' beach close to the village is among the most beautiful bathing bays of Sardinia. Given that its descent is very flat, the bay is perfect especially for children. Surfers can rent a board or they can book a course. The bay is also perfect for diving. The property is at an altitude of around 100 m. From its roofed terrace you can see the beach and the village. Both are around 1,500 m away.
Getting there

The airport and ferry port of OLBIA are the perfect place at which to arrive.

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir durch die Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles Wichtige erklärt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse zum Essen, Sitzen und Genießen ein Traum. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bemerkenswert gut, für die Selbstversorgung habe ich alle Utensilien gefunden, die ich benötigte und auch Besteck und Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage und Umgebung lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Die nahegelegenen Strände sind alle fantastisch.

sehr ruhig am Hang gelegen; die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss; die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen oben und geben auf Wunsch gerne Hinweise und Tipps für die Umgebung; große, überdachte Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer; tolle Strände in der Nähe, mit ca. 5 min. Fahrtzeit; ohne Auto kommt man allerdings von dort nicht weg; die Wohnung an sich hat alles, was man benötigt, Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, alles sauber; wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien fliegen würden, würden wir hier auch wieder mieten
