The very comfortable apartment Branko 1 is positioned in the mansard of the family house in the center of Vrbnik and it is overlooking the sea and the old town. Apartment Branko 1 is very nicely decorated, well-equipped and air-conditioned.
Living/dining room and kitchen are one open space. In the living area there is a sofa bed for one person and dining table for three people. From here you can go to the balcony with a fantastic view! There is laminated floor in the living room. In the bedroom there is a double bed for 2 person.
Kitchen is well equipped (dishes & cooking towels are available, electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer).
Barbecue is available and can be used in garden. There is also covered parking located directly next to the house.
Pets are not allowed; bed linen are changed weekly, and towels are changed twice a week.
The owner lives in the same house, one floor below.
Covered parking is on the property. A barbecue is in the garden for guests!

Big benefit of the apartment Branko is its central location. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.
Town of Vrbnik is very centrally located on the island and it is a perfect location if you want to explore the whole island!
Most beaches on the island of Krk consist of fine to medium-sized pebbles. But there are also a few natural sandy beaches. There are a lot of attractions and sights here on the island.

- 50% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 7 to 2 days prior to the beginning of the service
- 70% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 1 day prior to the beginning of the service, during the reservation or failure of the Guest to show up at the reserved accommodation unit - 100% of the total amount of the reservation
