Host's notes
Cancellation policy
You can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. In the event of cancellation without a substitute tenant, the lump-sum compensation claim shall amount to 10% of the rental price up to 90 days prior to commencement of the rental period. In the case of a later withdrawal, the entire rental price minus saved expenses (cleaning costs) will be charged. The date on which your written declaration is received by me is decisive for the deadline. Of course I will attempt to rent the apartment. If I succeed in finding another tenant for the same period under the same conditions, we will refund you the rent already paid minus 10% expense allowance. In order to avoid this unpleasant situation for both sides, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
(Note: Due to the insurance conditions, this must be taken out at short notice after booking!!!)

Holiday destination
Directly from our house, you can experience wonderful hikes (Esterbergalm, Gamshütte, Wank, Philosophenweg and much more). There is also a high ropes course nearby.
The Garmisch pedestrian zone with attractive shopping facilities can be easily reached on foot.
Getting there
By car, you are about 1 hour from Munich via the A95 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From Innsbruck or Reutte too, you'll need only 45 to 60 minutes via the country roads. The apartment also has free parking, which you can use.
With the train, you can get from Munich to Garmischer Bahnhof in about 1.15 hours. The trains run every hour. The fixed bus also departs every hour from Munich-Garmisch-Innsbruck.

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit Balkonzugang von Küche und den Schlafzimmern. Direkt am Philosphenweg gelegen, ideal für den Spaziergang nach Farchant oder Partenkirchen. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und schön hergerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Hier kann man auch einen längeren Urlaub verbringen und genießen.
