Cancellation policy
The reservation is valid after receipt of a deposit. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation from 30 to 7 days prior to arrival a penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be applied. In case of cancellation the 7 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 80% of the entire booked stay will be applied. For cancellations the day of arrival, as well as in case of delayed arrival and / or early departure and / or beds reserved and not occupied, we will charge for unused days 100% of the daily rate as booked.

Holiday destination
The apartment Porta-Kaiser is located 2 km from the center of the town Longiarù, in a very quiet and sunny location. From the balcony you have a beautiful view overlooking the peaks of the Natural Park "Puez-Geisler". Well away from traffic and smog, this is the right place for nature lovers who are looking for peace and relaxation.The location is as well starting point for many hikes and walks, during the summer as well as during the winter.
Getting there
When you arrive in the center of Longiarù, turn right at the church and after 100 meters, before the Hotel Sanvi, take the road that goes upwards to your left. After 1.5 km, turn left towards "Vì". After 600 meters on your right you will find a wooden blackboard. Prior to this blackboard, turn right and continue for 350 m. When you'll find a slightly downhill road on your right, go down for some meters, an you've reached our apartment!

Unsere Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung Vaciara war wunderschön! Wir haben die Ruhe hoch oben und den traumhaften Ausblick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass viele Unternehmungen möglich waren. Wir können auch den Ort Corvara sehr empfehlen, der sehr viele Liftanlagen auch im Sommer bietet. Wenn man sich mal ein exquisites Abend-Menü gönnen will, können wir das Berghotel Sanvi in Campill empfehlen (vorher reservieren). In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit tollen maßgefertigten Holzmöbeln ausgestattet, die auch sehr viel Stauraum bieten. Wir danken der Familie Schanung für die Gastfreundschaft und insbesondere Dank an Genovefa, die uns mit Produkten aus eigener Produktion verwöhnte.

Liebe Familie Schanung, Im September dieses Jahres waren wir bereits zum 2. mal in Ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung Vaciara. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und gemütlich vorgefunden. Die Aussicht auf Campill und die Dolomiten ist einmalig! Hervorheben möchten wir ganz besonders Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Versorgung mit leckerem Speck, Eiern, Marmelade und den Brötchenservice. Auch in diesem Jahr bekamen wir wertvolle Wandertipps von Frau Schanung, die wir gern umgesetzt habe. Die Peitlerkofl-Umrundung bei herrlichem Wetter war ein absolutes Highlight.
