Holiday destination
Villa Cactus is located in the very quiet residential area of the affluent neighborhood of Costa de la Calma. From here, it is a short distance to the beach, dreamy beach bars, tennis courts, numerous shopping facilities & restaurants, as well as various golf courses. In the nearby area, you can quickly and easily reach the Mallorcan coastal towns of Santa Ponsa & Paguera (about 5 minutes). The trendy luxury harbors Port Adriano, Port d'Andratx & Puerto Portals (about 10 minutes).
Getting there

In advance: The villa is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport, between Santa Ponsa & Paguera.
One more note regarding the pictures of the outdoor area. The photos were taken on an evening in January, hence the sun is not shining as brightly. However, the villa has a south-west orientation, which means that the garden & pool are in full sunshine from morning until evening.

Host informationThis villa has been furnished by us with a lot of love and passion, and it has become extremely dear to our hearts. Even we can hardly wait to spend our well-deserved holiday there again. The proximity to various secluded coves, the closeness to the capital Palma, the nearness to many harbors - no long drives - centrally located yet very quiet, the cute little restaurants, the beautiful well-maintained houses around the villa, ... all these points were decisive for us to opt for the purchase of this villa back then. In addition, of course, we need relaxation from the stressful everyday life & can fully enjoy this in the beautiful, quiet garden. When you get up in the morning, -the sun is shining, -the first cool down in the pool took place, -then you walk barefoot over the lawn, -pick your own oranges from the garden (the juice obtained from them is a dream!) -and subsequently can enjoy a perfect breakfast on the terrace... what more do you need? We would be very pleased to welcome you as our guests & hope...

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern, sowie Enkelkinder einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Sehr nette Familie. Auch die Übergabe mit Schlüssel usw. war tadellos. Wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter und hoffen, dass wir wieder einmal die Zeit dort verbringen können. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Kaktus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool und toller Sitzecke zum Verweilen. Die Abende kann man auf der wunderschönen Terrasse verbringen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir wurden von der Hausfee Martina sehr freundlich empfangen und bei Rückfragen war sie jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
