The detached comfort holiday villa is located on the outskirts of Denia in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all electrical appliances.
Wi-Fi flat rate included, hot water via solar system, non-smoking house and pets not allowed.
In the outdoor area, you will find a spacious Mediterranean garden with a secluded pool and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and a large barbecue. The beach is within easy walking distance in just a few minutes.
Each person is provided with a set of bed linen as well as shower and hand towels.
The villa has a heat pump central heating system, making it ideal for stays in winter.

From the terrace, you can hear the sound of the sea, which is also just a few minutes away on foot. Aldi and a bakery are nearby. Delightful restaurants for a cozy meal are within walking distance. Villa Anne is like new, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. Excursions into the hinterland are recommended, as well as a trip by boat. Denia is located midway between Valencia and Alicante. Their airports are served daily by many airlines. The driving time from both airports is approximately 1 hour.
By car, you drive from Germany through France to Spain on the E15.
The Ondara/Denia exit is right before Denia.
