Our holiday apartment is lovingly furnished and has a balcony with stunning views of the Dolomites opposite.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a separate entrance and consists of a kitchen, a living room with sleeping space for 2 people and sat TV, a bedroom with double bed, and shower and toilet. Refrigerator with freezer, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, bed linen, towels, dishes, etc. are available.
There are also washing, drying and ironing facilities. There are also board games, interesting books and a farm folder. Wi-Fi is available for free.
We would like to invite you to join us in one of the pleasures of the farm, such as milking and feeding the cows, collecting hay, fresh milk and eggs, harvesting herbs, berries and seasonal vegetables from the farm garden, plums, nuts and chestnuts.

Discover the high Villander meadows with their rustic huts or climb the summits, like Schlern or Peitlerkofel. Find relaxation at nearby lakes or outdoor pools.
In winter, you can ski in the Val Gardena (Dolomiti Superski, Sella Ronda), on the Alpe di Siusi, in Obereggen, on the Plose or on the Rittner Horn. Magnificent cross-country trails, walks and tobogganing await you on the Villanderer pasture.
The nearby cities such as Chiusa, Bressanone, Bolzano and Merano are always worth a visit .
From the Brenner motor way A22:
drive to exit Chiusa/Gardena Tal Turn right immediately after the exit on the rural road, then towards Chiusa/Bolzano. At Chiusa (shortly after the tunnel), the road branches off to the right towards Villanders. Follow this mountain road and after about 5 km you will reach the village of Villanders. Our farm can be found about 2 km from the town centre on the road to Sauders.

Our little family welcomes you from the cosy, little Malsethhof: Ruth and Hubert with Julia, Veronika and Sarah. Our dear grandma Josefa lives with us on the farm, too. OUr animals: dog Sindy, cows, chickens, rabbits and cats.
