Cancellation term
- the owed reservation costs plus:
- In case of cancellation 3 months before the start date or earlier: 25% of the rental amount
- In case of cancellation between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the rental amount
- In case of cancellation between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the rental amount
- In case of cancellation within one month before the start date: 90% of the rental amount
- In case of cancellation on the day of the start date: 100% of the rental price including all additional costs.
