Cancellation term

If you cancel the holiday you booked with us, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50 % up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, and after this it will be 80 % of the rate. It goes without saying that we will do our best to rent the property out to other guests in order to keep the economic damage to a minimum.
