Welcome at the holiday appartment Nuwenstat or the B&B Nova Civitas. Our holiday appartment with a surface of 66 sqm and our B&B with a surface of 36 sqm (51 sqm with the extra bedroom included) are situated at a hill slope in a quiet dead-end street.
Our holiday appartment and B&B dispose of an own terrace/balcony. Additionally there is a big common terrace at our floor at our disposal with a jacuzzi, big table, lounge and grill corner.
At the B&B (Nova Civitas), the breakfast buffet is always included, if you rent the holiday appartment (Nuwenstat), you can participate in the breakfast buffet for an extra charge
Either by car, bike or public transport our holiday appartment/B&B offers a good starting point to discover the diversity and the beauty of the Pfalz. They are aslo the ideal starting point for hiking tours in the Pfälzerwald (300m) with its famous "wanderhütte" (Hohe Loog, Kaltenbrunner Tal, Naturfreundehaus Heidebrunner Tal, Toteskopfhütte, ... all with a simple menu and drinks) or the Hambacher Schloss and the Wolfsburg.
The tourist "Drumrumweg" passes our street and offers the opportunity to make a tour around the Neustadt city.
At the end of the street (300 m) you can find a bus stop (line 515) with every hour a direct connetion to the city centre and the central station.

Mit dem Auto: geben Sie die Zieladress "Humboldtstrasse 9, 67434 Neustadt" ins Navi ein.
Mit der Bahn und Bus: Hauptbahnhof Neustadt, dort am Busbahnhof die Linie 515 Richtung Humboldtstrasse nehmen. Der Bus verkehrt stündlich immer 4 Minuten nach der ganzen Stunde. Ausname:um 13 Uhr macht er eine Pause. Nach Vereinbarung können Wir Sie auch am Bahnhof abholen.
Zu Fuß: von Hbf mit den Aufzug über den Bahnsteg in die Schillerstraße. Nach Rechts richtung Zwockelsbrücke. Vor die Brücke nach links in die Karolinestrasse entlang den Bahngleis bis zum Leibnitz-Gymnasium, daran vorbei und dann links die von Wissmannstraße hoch, oben scharf links in die Humboldtstrasse. Das Haus Nr 9 liegt auf der rechten Seite. Wenn Sie viel Bagage mitführen können Sie besser die Bus nehmen oder uns kontaktieren.
