You can reach the holiday home Am Baumwipfel via a well-maintained staircase.
Here, you are welcomed by a large terrace with seating and the covered entrance. Behind the house, there is another terrace with a garden.
Step inside and feel the harmony in the house.
Underfloor heating and radiators are operated by a heat pump.
The windows are equipped with electric shutters, and the front door is opened by a house locking system with a numerical combination.
Free secured WiFi, the password and QR code can be found on a bulletin board in the hallway.
You can park your car in our parking lot in front of the house. There is also a lockable bike shed with a charging station and the garbage bins in front of it.
The holiday home is suitable for families with children from 7 years and babies.

Das Rauchen ist nur auf den Terrassen erlaubt.
Vom offenen Feuer, Feuerwerkskörpern und Partys bitten wir Abstand zu nehmen.
Eine Vorauszahlung von 20% wird nach Buchung berechnet.
Die restliche Zahlung erfolgt per Banküberweisung bis zur Anreise.
Stornierungen bis zu 60 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei.
Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise werden 50 % des Gesamtpreises erhoben.
Spätere Stornierungen werden mit 90% des Gesamtpreises berechnet.
Die Anreise ist von 14:00 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 10:00 Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich. Bitte melden Sie sich rechtzeitig bei uns für eine Absprache.
Der übliche Haushaltsstrom bezieht die Nebenkosten oder Energiekosten ein.
Strom für ein E-Auto wird mit dem Gast separat abgerechnet.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Ihr Auto parken Sie auf unserem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Hier befindet sich auch ein abschließbares Fahrradhäuschen mit Ladestation.
Bitte melden Sie sich an der Klingelanlage an. Wir werden Sie begrüßen und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe nennen.
Sie entnehmen bitte beide Schlüssel, Eingangstor und Fahrradraum und öffnen das Tor, den Schlüsselsafe schließen Sie bitte wieder.
Eine Treppe führt zum Hauseingang, diese öffnen Sie mit einer Zahlenkombination die wir Ihnen mitteilen. Nun den Knauf nach links drehen und die Tür öffnen. Treten Sie ein und fühlen Sie sich wohl.
Nach dem Sie die Tür geschlossen haben, ist diese von außen nur noch mit dem Code zu öffnen.
Von innen können Sie die Tür zusätzlich verschließen in dem Sie den Türknauf nach links drehen.
