1. Zahlung
- Der Mietpreis ist bei Buchung fällig und kann über die auf der Website angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden beglichen werden.
- Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
2. Stornierung und Rücktritt
- Stornierungen müssen schriftlich per E-Mail erfolgen.
- Bei Stornierung bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise erstatten wir 100% des Mietpreises.
- Bei Stornierung bis zu 7 Tage vor Anreise erstatten wir 50% des Mietpreises.
- Bei späteren Stornierungen erfolgt keine Erstattung.
3. Haftung
- Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die durch höhere Gewalt, Naturkatastrophen oder äußere Einflüsse entstehen.
- Der Gast haftet für alle durch ihn verursachten Schäden am Hüttchen und dessen Inventar.
4. Datenschutz
- Ihre persönlichen Daten werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie verarbeitet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, außer dies ist zur Vertragserfüllung notwendig.
5. Schlussbestimmungen
- Änderungen und Ergänzungen dieses Vertrags bedürfen der Schriftform.
- Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, so bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
- Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz des Vermieters.

Anreise und Check-In
1. Anreisezeit
- Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.
2. Schlüsselübergabe
- Bei Ihrer Ankunft finden Sie den Schlüssel in einem dafür vorgesehenen Kästchen am Hüttchen.
3. Check-In Prozess
- Nachdem Sie den Schlüssel entnommen haben, können Sie direkt Ihr gemütliches Hüttchen betreten und sich einrichten.
4. Flexibilität bei der Anreise
- Sollten Sie außerhalb der üblichen Anreisezeit ankommen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte im Voraus, um alternative Arrangements zu besprechen.
