The charm of the old cozy farmhouse, with exposed rubble stone walls and old beams, invites you to unwind and enjoy your vacation, as does the adjoining barn, which has been lovingly renovated with great attention to detail.
In the associated garden with a magical distant view, a garden house awaits our guests, featuring a covered outdoor lounge and a sun terrace.
Information about the surroundings:
The small, idyllic village of Schmißberg is located about 3 km northeast of the district town of Birkenfeld, where you will find numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants. In Schmißberg, the hiking trail “In the Land of the Milan, Stork, and Co.” begins. Many dream loops can also be easily reached by car in about 10 to 20 minutes from here.
Die Preise sind inkl. Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, WLAN), Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaminholz, und Endreinigung! (Das Haus ist besenrein zu verlassen, die Abfälle in den dafür vorgesehenen Mülleimern und Säcken zu entsorgen. Die Abnahme erfolgt vom Vermieter am Abreisetag.)
Die Kaution beträgt 100 Euro und wird mit der Anzahlung überwiesen.
Eine Anzahlung von 20% des Gesamtpreises ist bei Vertragsabschluss fällig. Die Restzahlung ist 14 Tage vor Anreise zu überweisen.
Stornierungsbedingungen: 14 Tage vor Anreise 20% des Gesamtpreises. 7 Tage vor Anreise 50% des Gesamtpreises. Bei Nichtanreise behalten wir uns vor, den Gesamtpreis einzubehalten.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten. Den Code dazu erhalten Sie rechtzeitig vor der Anreise.
Ein Babybett kann auf Anfrage kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Haustiere sind kostenfrei erlaubt.
