The holiday home, which has been extensively and tastefully renovated in spring 2024, invites you to relax and enjoy. Feel at home in a location that offers enough space for up to 8 people.
The holiday home features bright and friendly rooms as well as a comprehensive amenities list on a living area of approximately 180 m². Many pictures are artistically created and give the holiday home a unique atmosphere.
In the garden or on the approximately 30 m² covered terrace, garden furniture/ loungers and a Weber gas grill are available. During the harvest season, you can enjoy our grapes and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, mint, and lemon balm.
The Nahetal holiday home consists of two connected living units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or type of use. Regardless of whether you rent one or both living units, the holiday home is always used solely by you. You will thus have privacy, and there will be no other renters.
Are you traveling by car? Then a reserved parking space just for you should not be missing. Unload your things easily and park your vehicle with us. The parking space is located nearby on our own property. Are you also bringing a scooter and need a covered parking option? No problem. Everything is provided.
Many personal furnishings that are very dear to us will delight you. Because we trust you, we do not require a deposit. We ask you for responsible and mindful handling.
Comfortable access for guests
On the day of arrival, you will receive the access code for the front door, which allows you to come and go at any time – whenever you wish during your stay.
You can reach the living and sleeping area, as well as the corresponding bathroom of living unit 2, through another door. You will also receive the access code for this area shortly before your arrival.
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 1 PM, and check-out is until 12 PM on the departure day. For personal requests regarding check-in and check-out, please contact us.
How to find us
By car:
Take the exit Bad Sobernheim Mitte from Federal Highway 41. After the town sign, turn left onto Breslauer Straße and then right onto Berliner Straße after about 200 meters. Keep to the left and you will arrive in about 100 meters.
By public transport / train:
From Bad Sobernheim train station, you can reach our holiday home in just over a kilometer or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi transport is possible from the train station.
By bicycle:
Enjoy the unique natural beauty along the continuously signposted Nahe Cycle Path. Bad Sobernheim is directly on the Nahe Cycle Path, which passes about 1.5 kilometers from the holiday home.

Bis auf eine Pauschale in Höhe von 150 Euro für die Endreinigung sind alle Einrichtungen inkludiert: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, WLAN, Gasgrill, Fahrräder u.v.m.

Unmittelbar gegenüber dem Hauseingang befindet sich ein abschließbares Gartenhaus, welches hauseigene Fahrräder und sonstige Freizeit-, Sport- und Spielgeräte beinhaltet. Möchten Sie auf Ihre persönlichen Fahrräder im Urlaub nicht verzichten? Kein Problem: Es bieten sich genügend Unterstellmöglichkeiten.
Sie bleiben länger oder wollen nicht mit großem Gepäck anreisen? Gerne nutzen Sie moderne Wasch- und Trockengeräte im Keller sowie eine Dampf-Bügelstation.

Wir vertrauen unseren Gästen, d.h. weder eine Kaution noch eine Anzahlung ist erforderlich. Den Buchungs-/Rechungsbetrag überweisen Sie bis spätestens 14 Tage vor Anreise. Die Zahlung überweisen Sie bitte auf unser Konto. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen bitten wir Sie, den Gesamtpreis noch am Tag der Buchung zu überweisen.
Der Gast hat bis 14 Tage vor Anreise ein kostenfreies Rücktrittsrecht. Ein Rücktritt hat schriftlich zu erfolgen. Bei einem Rücktritt zwischen 14 und 7 Tage vor Reisebeginn werden dem Gast 50% des gesamten Reisepreises erstattet. Der Check-In ist am Anreisetag ab 13 Uhr möglich, Check-Out ist am Abreisetag bis 12 Uhr. Bei persönlichen Wünschen zu Check-In und Check-Out bitten wir Sie, uns zu kontaktieren.
Am Tag der Anreise wird Ihnen ein Zugangscode für die Eingangstür mitgeteilt, mit dem Sie jederzeit und unproblematisch kommen und gehen können - wann immer Sie das während Ihres Aufenthaltes möchten.

Mit dem PKW:
Nehmen Sie von der Bundesstraße 41 kommend die Abfahrt Bad Sobernheim Mitte. Nach dem Ortsschild fahren Sie links in die Breslauer Straße und nach weiteren ca. 200 m rechts in die Berliner Straße. Halten Sie sich links und Sie kommen nach ca. 100 m an.
Mit dem Öffentlichen Nahverkehr / Bahn:
Vom Bahnhof Bad Sobernheim aus gelangen Sie in etwas mehr als einem Kilometer bzw. ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zu unserem Ferienhaus. Am Bahnhof aus ist ein Taxitransport möglich.
Mit dem Fahrrad:
Genießen Sie die einzigartigen Naturschönheiten auf dem durchgehend ausgeschilderten Nahe-Radweg. Bad Sobernheim liegt direkt am Nahe-Radweg, der ca. 1,5 Kilometer vom Ferienhaus vorbeiführt.
