Our cozy and comfortable 4-star vacation rentals in a purely residential area await you. The non-smoking vacation apartments are comfortable, recently renovated, and partially newly furnished. The center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr with spa park, Ahrthermen, and casino can be reached comfortably in 8-15 minutes on foot. The well-known red wine hiking trail, the Ahr bike path, and Ahrweg are just a few steps away. You can choose between 2 apartments.
TOP 2: Our small cozy apartment for 1-2 persons with a balcony, bedroom, living kitchen with Smart TV, hallway, and bathroom on the 1st floor. Or
TOP 1: A 50 m² apartment offers space for 2 to 4 persons, has a separate entrance, is located on the 2nd floor, and is modern and tastefully furnished.
The apartment consists of a large living room with sitting area, Smart TV, and a large separate bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, etc.).
For the 3rd-4th person, there is a sofa bed with a mattress available in the living room measuring 1.40 x 2.00m. The living room can also be converted into a bedroom with an additional single bed upon request if you are planning a longer stay.
The well-maintained living kitchen has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The nearly new daylight bathroom with shower is equipped with towels.
On the lower floor, you can use a small balcony with a view of the Bengener Heide and the Neuenahrer Forest for TOP 1, if the Joker room is not rented.
All apartments with a separate entrance can be reached via the staircase.
Please inquire specifically about our Joker room: You can book an additional separately accessible room on the 1st floor upon request if you prefer another external bedroom instead of the sleeping option on the couch or if the number of guests makes it necessary. A garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is provided for checking your emails and for research. We provide a "welcome package" consisting of cleaning supplies, made beds, and towels free of charge.

Sollte bei ihrer Planung mal etwas dazwischen kommen, so haben Sie selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit von ihrer Buchung zurückzutreten. Dabei erstatten wir bis 6 Wochen vor dem Buchungstermin den vollen Mietpreis zurück, bis 2 Wochen vor Buchungstermin werden 50% erstattet und danach werden wir ihnen 80% der anfallenden Kosten berechnen. Wir müssen leider auch 80% der Buchungskosten bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder aber wenn Sie den Aufenthalt erst gar nicht antreten berechnen. Wir raten unseren Gästen im Vorfeld eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen. Bei Fragen dazu sprechen sie uns an, wir helfen ihnen gerne weiter.
