Enjoy your holidays in the Dordogne in this house adjoining the owners' house near another 'Gîtes de France' rental.
You will find on the ground floor a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, 4 gas burners. The living room is composed of a sofa and an armchair, a television, wifi internet connection.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. The first has 1 bed and 90 a 140 bed. The second bedroom offers a large 160x200cm bed.
The central heating is gas.
The enclosed grounds will allow you to enjoy the swing and the sandbox. and the 8x4m above-ground swimming pool with a depth of 1m20 with chlorine shared with the owners open from May to September.
The unheated shared swimming pool is fenced at a height of 1.50, access is via a gate.
A baby bed is available. The cottage is located on the border of the Dordogne and the Lot with a clear view of the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Hiking trails and the Dordogne river less than 500m away. All the tourist sites are between 10 minutes to 1 hour from the gîte (Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Les Grottes de Lascaux, chasm of Proumeyssac, etc....) But you can also benefit from the proximity of sites such as the chasm of Padirac, Rocamadour, St Cyr Lapopie and Colonge la Rouge, etc.
