The first apartment with an area of approximately 135m², decorated with character, consists of a large garden with a SOUTH/EAST facing terrace.
On the ground floor, an air-conditioned living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space.
On the 1st floor, you have a hall, offering access to a first bedroom, in the hall there is an office for your teleworking corner if necessary, a separate toilet and a bathroom.
On the top floor you will find a 48 m² master bedroom under air-conditioned roof, with modern decoration. Under the slope, you will find a dressing area, a designer bathtub in open space and a separate toilet.
In the second apartment of approximately 65m², you have on the ground floor an air-conditioned living room with a modern kitchen created on an old horse manger, all opening onto a private terrace facing EAST.
