The property features three spacious bedrooms, including a 12m² room with a 90x200 bed, a 15m² room with two 90x200 beds, and a 16m² room with a 160x200 bed. The living room spans 38m², providing a comfortable space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have all the household comforts for a pleasant stay, while the basement includes a laundry room for added convenience.

Located just 100 meters from the town square, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and artisans, with a commercial area on the outskirts of the village. Artenay is famous for its fairground theater museum, its 1851 stone mill, and the Saint Victor church, whose bell tower resembles the tip of a soldier's helmet. The surrounding plain holds historical significance as the site of a battle during the War of 1870, and the town is known for its agricultural activity, including cereal and beet trading.

This gמte is easily accessible, about 100 km south of Paris and 25 km north of Orlיans, with convenient connections by SNCF, RN20, A10, and A19 highways. Heating, cleaning, electricity, and linen are all included in the price, with beds made on arrival.
