This charming 110 m² gîte, located along the banks of the Loire in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley, offers the perfect setting for a peaceful stay. The beautifully renovated old farmhouse features traditional wood beams and half-timbering, creating a warm and rustic atmosphere. With its location facing the Loire and the Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), you can enjoy scenic views and explore nearby attractions, including St. Benoit sur Loire, Germigny, and Sully-sur-Loire. The property is within easy reach of Sologne and the famous Loire castles, making it an ideal base for your visit.

On the grounds, you'll have access to a shared heated swimming pool, available from June to September, along with tennis courts and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment. The gîte is equipped with modern comforts, including heated and cooling floors throughout both levels and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The ground floor boasts a bright living room with a bay window opening onto the private terrace and shared garden, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen and an accessible bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, one with an electrically operated double bed (two 80x200 cm beds, separable) and a single 80x200 cm bed, and the other with two 80x200 cm beds. The second bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, shower, WC, and sink. The gîte includes essential amenities like heating, sheets, towels, and made-up beds upon arrival.
