This spacious 150m² villa, elevated for breathtaking pine forest views, comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. Organized as two connected apartments, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements. The ground floor features a living room with a 160cm sofa bed and a bedroom with a 160cm bed. Upstairs, there’s a living room, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a bedroom with two 80cm beds (convertible to a 160cm bed). Several vehicles can be parked on the property.

Located in a quiet area, the villa is a 10-minute walk from the Bassin and local shops (butcher, bakery, Casino shop, ice cream vendors, pharmacy) and a 5-minute bike ride from the ocean beaches and the Piraillan market. This provides easy access to amenities and coastal attractions.

The villa includes two fully equipped kitchens (one open-plan on the ground floor and one independent upstairs), three bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower, one with just a shower, and two separate toilets), and three pleasant terraces. A 1200m² enclosed garden surrounds the property. Wi-Fi and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Linen and towel rentals are available as an optional extra.
