This large, detached 350 m² family home, a former 17th-century manor farm, offers a rural setting ideal for a get-together with friends or family. It has seven comfortable bedrooms: three with a 160cm double bed, one with two bunk beds, one with a 160cm double bed and a single bed, and one with a double bed. An additional bedroom with four single beds is located on the second floor. Small pets are allowed with the owner's prior agreement.

The house offers large, light and relaxing interior spaces, as well as a large, calm, flower-filled walled garden and extensive outdoor spaces (buildings and pond not secured).

On the ground floor, there are two dining rooms (with TV), a lounge with a magnificent Cauchoise fireplace, a fitted kitchen and a linen room, as well as a shower room with WC and a separate WC. The first floor includes a bathroom, WC and the bedrooms mentioned above. The second floor has a bathroom with WC and the last two bedrooms. Bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival. Heating (fixed price WE: 100€, fixed price week: 250€, then 40€/day), electricity (payment after meter reading), wood (1/2 stere: 40€), household linen, cleaning and tourist tax are not included. A cleaning fee and a pet fee per day are available as optional extras, payable on site.
