It is ideally located in a quiet area, accessible to the city center, served by public transport and within walking distance. proximity restaurants and shops. You can only love its location which allows you to discover sites of interest.

The studio includes a living room. living room composed of a sleeping area with a sofa; convertible, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a dining area.

The advantage of my accommodation is that it is within walking distance. 1 min from bus lines 04, 15SP and 18. So you can easily access the city center which is located 100 meters away. 17 min where you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, shopping centers, pharmacies, department stores, bakeries, pastry shops, fishmongers, chocolate shops, butchers...
Furthermore you will be able to: Walk around the Old Town which is located next door. 15 min, stroll along the Cours Mirabeau and the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville which are respectively 15 minutes' walk away. 15 and 17 min, discover the Mazarin district at 23 min, visit the Atelier de Cézanne and the bastide town of Jas de Bouffan which are respectively within walking distance. 30 and 27 min, stroll through Parc Jourdan at 18 min, visit the Granet Museum and the Vasarely Foundation respectively at 20 and 24 min, relax at the Sextius Thermal Baths in Paris. 23 min and taste calissons at the "Calissons d'Aix Léonard PARLI" which is located at 13 mins.
You will also have the opportunity to to explore and climb two the Sainte-Victoire mountain which is located at 28 minutes by car.
