The property is set on a spacious lawn, with each gמte boasting its own independent entrance, providing privacy and peace. The first gמte (87G5383) spans 72 m² on the ground floor and includes a living room with a kitchen and lounge area, along with a storage room. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and two single bunk beds. The second gמte (87G5384) offers 102 m², featuring a ground-floor kitchen, living room, and a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and three single beds, as well as a travel cot.

The surrounding area is perfect for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails nearby. One trail passes by the lodge and leads to Martineix Beach, while another takes you up to Mont Larron. For those who enjoy fishing, the Maulde and Vienne rivers offer excellent opportunities. The peaceful location allows guests to enjoy the beauty of the valley while remaining close to outdoor adventures.

Both gמtes are equipped with electric heating and have a covered terrace for outdoor relaxation. Guests will have access to all the amenities for a comfortable stay, with the responsibility for housekeeping lying with the tenant. Please note that electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day and heating are charged separately, and a deposit is required for booking.
